The Strainsert custom Load Pin configurator is a custom tool, composed of software, CAD modeling and embedded Strainsert proprietary data and logic, designed to accelerate the early stages of load pin design by allowing our customer’s technical staff, including engineers and designers, to quickly evaluate feasibility and generate preliminary concepts based on nominal application parameters.

By entering key design inputs, users can rapidly produce conceptual load pin designs and drawings, eliminating the need for time-intensive manual calculations or iterative back-and-forth during initial design exploration.

Streamlined Workflow

The configurator provides a simple, structured process:

  • Select from six standard load pin configurations
  • Input key design parameters
  • Generate and review conceptual results
  • Download preliminary drawings for evaluation
  • Submit the preferred load pin design to Strainsert

Once the pin layout is submitted, our customers can then complete and submit the Strainsert custom Load Pin questionnaire to provide clearance limitations, environmental, performance, and quality requirements thus reducing misunderstandings and redesigns.
