This Code of Ethics outlines the general principles that guide our decisions, actions, and relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and the communities we serve. It reflects our commitment to ethical conduct, legal compliance, and responsible business practices. Every employee is expected to use good judgment and act in manner consistent with this Code and applicable company policies. This Code is intended to provide general guidance and does not create contractual obligations or guarantee specific outcomes.
1. Integrity & Compliance
We strive to conduct business with honesty and integrity in all dealings and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Employees are expected to act in good faith and seek guidance where requirements are unclear.
2. Anti-Corruption & Fair Competition
We are committed to complying with applicable anti-corruption, antitrust, and competition laws. Employees must not offer, give, solicit, or accept improper payments or benefits and must compete based on the quality and value of our products and services.
3. Respect & Workplace Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful workplace. We prohibit discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in accordance with applicable laws and company policies, and we support equal opportunity and respect for human rights.
4. Safety, Quality & Responsibility
We are committed to maintaining safe working conditions and producing products that meet applicable quality standards. We seek to promote the health and safety of our employees and others affected by our operations and to improve our processes in a practical and responsible manner.
5. Transparency & Accountability
We aim to maintain accurate and complete business records and to communicate honestly in the normal course of business. Employees are encouraged to raise concerns through appropriate channels and, when requested, to cooperate with company reviews or investigations consistent with company policies.
6. Confidentiality & Information Protection
We protect confidential, proprietary, and personal information and use it only for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
7. Conflicts of Interest
Employees should avoid situations where personal interests could reasonably be expected to conflict with the interests of the Company and should disclose potential conflicts in accordance with company policies.
8. Environmental & Social Responsibility
We seek to operate our business in an environmentally responsible manner, taking into account applicable laws and practical considerations, including efforts to use resources efficiently and reduce unnecessary waste where feasible.
9. Reporting & Non-Retaliation
We encourage employees and business partners to raise ethical or compliance concerns in good faith through appropriate channels. The Company prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith, in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Reports will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate under the circumstances.
10. Supplier & Partner Expectations
We expect suppliers and business partners to conduct their operations in a manner generally consistent with applicable laws and with principles similar to those reflected in this Code. Where appropriate, we may communicate these expectations and consider them in our business relationships.
11. Administration of the Code
This Code may be updated from time to time. Questions regarding its interpretation or application should be directed to management or the appropriate internal contact. The Company may provide additional policies or guidance to support the principles outlined in this Code.
