Strainsert provides standard force sensor accessories along with our products that range anywhere from the individual sensor itself all the way to complete force measurement systems.
Cable & Cable Assemblies
Strainsert’s standard cable assemblies come in common usage lengths of 10, 25, 50 and 100 feet or can be made to fit particular customer specifications.
Threaded Collars
Shunt calibration resistors are used to simulate a resistance change from an applied load, to assist in instrument set-up, or to test the transducer/instrument integrity.

Keeper Plates
Keeper plates are a common method of properly orienting and retaining the load pin in the assembly to ensure proper alignment with respect to the applied force.

Load pin bobbins are used to position and distribute the force on the center load bearing section of the pin.
Load Cell Bases
Load cell mounting bases are available for interfacing the load cell with various loading rods.
Load Cell Buttons
Load Buttons are available for compression loading applications with Universal and Fatigue Rated Load Cells.
Transducer Mating Connectors
Strainsert’s transducer mating connectors come in various configurations including four, six and eight pin connectors with strain relief.
Load Pins/Bolts Accessories
Strainsert manufactures many load pin accessories, including keeper plates and threaded collars, designed for ease of use and installation.
Load Cell Accessories
Strainsert offers a variety of load cell accessories designed for ease of load cell installation and use, including; mounting bases for interfacing the load cell with various loading rods, spherical load buttons for compression loading on Universal Load Cells, and Compression Load buttons for use with Compression Load cells.
