CNC Operator

CNC Operators set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment. The operator interprets engineering drawings, adjusts machining parameters, performs in-process quality inspections, maintains equipment, and collaborates with design and engineering teams to refine manufacturability. This role ensures all parts meet strict dimensional tolerances and surface-finish requirements essential for sensor performance. Therefore, the ability to use micrometers, calipers, verniers and other measuring equipment is essential. Some manual machining may also be required.

Electronics Technician

Electronic technicians assemble force sensors and instrumentation. Candidates need to demonstrate an ability to use or be trained in the use of hand and power tools, especially the use of soldering irons. A demonstration of soldering skills is required for employment. Additional job requirements include being able to interpret / comprehend CAD drawings, wiring and schematic drawings, technical manuals and engineering instructions for manufacturing and assembly of force sensors and instrumentation.
