Tasks include stress analysis, CAD drawings, technical, wiring & schematic drawings development, bill of materials, and engineering instructions for the manufacturing of force sensors. Candidates should have good communication skills in addition to a 4-year Mechanical Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience, be proficient in SolidWorks software and have experience in scheduling, monitoring and performing quality inspections. Experience in technical customer support is a plus.

Software Engineer (4 Year Engineering Degree)

Software engineers develop, test, and maintain software systems that support sensor functionality, calibration, data acquisition, and production workflows to ensure accurate performance, signal processing and efficient manufacturing processes. The engineer collaborates closely with electrical, mechanical, test engineers, and production staff to maximize reliability, repeatability, and compliance with industry standards.

Electronics Technician

Electronic technicians are responsible for Force Sensors and Instrumentation assembly and in-process testing. Candidates need to demonstrate an ability to use or be trained in the use of hand and power tools, especially the use of soldering irons. A demonstration of soldering skills is required for employment. Additional job requirements include the ability to interpret and comprehend CAD drawings, wiring and schematic drawings, technical manuals and engineering instructions for manufacturing and assembly of force sensors and instrumentation. Technicians will be required to pass industry standard certifications.

CNC Operator

CNC Operators set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment. The operators interpret engineering drawings, adjust machining parameters, perform in-process quality inspections, maintain equipment, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine manufacturability. This role ensures all parts meet strict dimensional tolerances and surface-finish requirements essential for sensor performance. Therefore, the ability to use micrometers, calipers, verniers and other measuring equipment is essential. Some manual machining may also be required.

Machinist

Machinists operate and maintain a variety of turning and milling machines to produce custom parts. This role involves interpreting and understanding engineering drawings, selecting appropriate tools and materials, and performing precision cuts, drilling, turning, and milling operations to meet tight tolerances critical to sensor performance. Effective communication with other departments is required.

Electrical Engineer (4 Year BSEE)

Electrical engineers develop electrical designs for our Sensor and Instrumentation products and for our in-house production equipment. They create technical drawings, wiring diagrams and engineering instructions in support of the design efforts. Additional duties include system integration, developing electronics and signal conditioning, providing calibration and manufacturing support, reliability testing, and collaboration with mechanical engineers and other departments.

Manufacturing Engineer (4 Year Engineering Degree)

Manufacturing engineers develop and refine manufacturing methods, create tooling and fixtures, convert product requirements into manufacturable designs, optimize production processes, and ensure consistent product quality. Candidate needs a strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, and sensor technologies, along with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and a focus on quality, reliability, and efficiency. Should be proficient in SolidWorks & MRP software and have experience in scheduling, monitoring and performing quality inspections.

Calibration Technician

Calibration technicians work as part of a team in our Calibration Lab to final certify our Force Measurement Transducers and systems using highly detailed procedures and equipment. Duties include test fixture assembly, performing electronic hookups, operating calibration equipment and using a variety of testing machines and software programs. They interpret CAD drawings, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and engineering instructions for calibration of force sensors and instrumentation. Candidate should be detail oriented and have a mechanical aptitude, experience in using hand and power tools as well as knowledge in using a variety of threaded fasteners.

Quality Inspector

Quality inspectors review job specifications and test requirements to verify accuracy, material compliance, and functional performance of force sensors, components and finished assemblies. The Quality Inspector inspects using a variety of metrology tools and signs off on all finished products and documents inspection results and any non-conformances. Quality Inspectors require the ability to work with all departments and company personnel.
