Force Sensor Accessories
Strainsert provides standard force sensor accessories along with our products that range anywhere from the individual sensor itself all the way to complete force measurement systems. This allows the user to design his measurement system to meet his specific needs or they can purchase a complete functioning, tested and calibrated system, ready for immediate use with minimal set-up required.
Typical turn-key solutions include the load cells or load pins, wireless options or cabling, and read-out or signal conditioning instrumentation as appropriate. The variety of load cells, load pins and instrumentation systems are detailed in the product section. This section describes the part numbers and technical data for cables, connectors, and shunt calibration resistors, and are listed in the specification pop-ups below.
Standard Cable Assemblies
Strainsert’s standard cable assemblies come in common usage lengths of ten, twenty five, fifty and one hundred feet or can be made to fit particular customer specifications. See the below specification for more detailed information.

Standard Shunt Calibration Resistors
Shunt calibration resistors are used to simulate a resistance change from an applied load, to assist in instrument set-up, or to test the transducer/instrument integrity.
