Load Indicator Instruments Overview

Strainsert offers a variety of robust Digital Load Indicators and Signal Conditioning Amplifiers with many different configurations depending on the application requirements. Many of the Digital Load Indicators are available with AC, DC or battery input power to facilitate ease of use in the lab or in the field. The Digitial Load Indicators are also available with options that include 0-10VDC and 4-20ma outputs, RS-232 or RS-485 digital outputs, relay setpoints and peak hold.

	SCD1 Series, Signal Conditioners The Model SCD1 is a series of signal conditioners which provide bridge excitation, amplification, span and balance controls and a choice of ±10Vdc or 4-20 ma outputs. Primary input power is available in 120 Vac or a variety of Vdc voltage levels.
	PLN-D2 Series, 3 1/2 Digit Handheld Portable Battery Powered Load Indicator The Model PLN-D2 is a Portable battery powered 3 ½ digit Load Indicator contained in a cast metal case that is both rugged and durable. Batteries and a recharger with retractable 120 Vac power cord, are included within the housing.
	PLNX Series, 3 1/2 Digit Multi-Channel Portable Battery Powered Load Indicator The PLNX Series Portable Load Indicators are available in 2, 3, and 4 channel versions with the same basic circuitry and performance features as the PLN-D2. The PLNX includes switching provisions for channel selection for up to four transducers.
	PLND4 Series, 4 1/2 Digit Single Channel Portable Battery Powered Load Indicator The Model PLND4 is a Portable Battery powered 4 ½ digit Load Indicator for use with any full bridge type strain gage transducer. The read out system is contained in a rugged and durable aluminum alloy case and a calibration check function is also provided.
	3550-NEMA 4 Digital Weight Indicator The 3550 series Digital Load Indicator's advanced electronics and simple interface make it easy to set up and operate. The 5 digit indicator contains a large 1.2" high LED display and comes standard in a NEMA 4 enclosure. Many standard features are included with the various models, and many optional features are available.
	SJB Series, Summing Junction Boxes The Strainsert SJB series Summing Junction Boxes are for parallel averaging of 2 to 4 similar transducers. The series is available with both connector interface as well as a cord grip interface allowing passage of the cables to screw type terminal blocks mounted within the enclosure.
